Our Motto

“Fun is the aim of the game”

We’ve had the pleasure of welcoming thousands of children to our sessions and have taught more sessions than we can count!
We want our classes to be fun, inclusive and educational!

We pride ourselves on fostering a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for both parent and child with plenty of fun and excitement along the way!

Our Classes

Footstars run morning and afternoon sessions, 6 days a week. We host sessions across the Aberdeen/Shire area and our classes cover an age range of 2-7 year olds.

We’re very proud that a large portion of our player base not only complete their term, but stay with us year after year. We regularly have children who join our classes at 2 years old and continue their journey with us all the way through to the 7 year old classes!

What parents say about Footstar’s Classes…

“My wife and I took our then 3 year old son Harry along to Footstars.

We had been looking for a football class and Footstars had come highly recommended from lots of friends.

We were warmly greeted by Murray and his team. The infectious personality of Murray instantly gripped our son and the other children.

All coaches were very engaging with the children and each week had its own theme which got all the children excited and ready to do the activities. The classes were always fun and because of the parental participation if any of the children were a little unsure they had the parental support there until they felt comfortable to join in by themselves.

It was a great starting point technically for our son and I highly recommend Footstars for all kids not just interested in football, but in all sports. It set Harry up for then joining his local football team when he was ready to graduate from Footstars.

Thank you again Murray and the whole Footstars team!

— Andrew Considine, St. Johnstone FC

“Footstars has been a great introduction to football for both of my children. Themed weeks added a fun and relatable element for those younger groups.

Murray and the team have well thought out plans which aim to engage the interests of the children in each class. With dedication to the maturing ballers, Murray and the team ensured good skill practice and most importantly fitness during their classes.

Footstars has been a great confidence booster into football for my children and provided a solid platform for them to take into their next chapter of football.

Thanks to Murray and everyone at Footstars for their hard work and enthusiasm towards the game.”

— Chris Maguire, Lincoln City FC

“Footstars gives a great foundation to young footballers, encouraging children to develop skills both individually and as a part of a team through a variety of fun and exciting games.

My daughter enjoyed every class and always looked forward to a new challenge alongside her friends.

Murray has a fantastic enthusiasm to bring out the best in everyone that attends the classes and I would highly recommend signing up to anyone with a young, aspiring football mad son or daughter! .”
